A serial entrepreneur, he has founded four companies since 1996 including Theorem India, a pioneer in digital media operations, which he grew to 1300+ People Company across 4 continents and over a hundred marquee clients before moving on. Chandra is also on the board of several startup companies and enjoys advising and mentoring young entrepreneurs.

Chandra holds a master’s degree in industrial management from Northern Illinois University, Chicago and a B E degree from Bangalore University. He is a leading voice in digital marketing and regularly speaks at global conferences.He is also an active member of various industry groups in the technology world.

In her career journey, she has engaged and collaborated with multiple leadership stakeholders to define and implement interventions for business transformation & and growth, while also enabling strategic transformations and programs across domains of HR. As a professional coach, she focuses on coaching leaders teams, and businesses on strategy and transformation. Additionally, she has also developed frameworks and policies for building workplace culture.

Balaji Sunku is the General Manager – Finance & Admin at Pairee, where he manages the Pairee group’s finances.

Balaji is a dynamic and results-focused Finance, Analytical & Accounts professional with a rich and valuable experience of more than 25 years in Finance & Accounting, Planning and Decision making with broad vision and leadership trait to successfully direct top, Middle and bottom-line towards organisation goal. Worked with large IT & ITES companies and implemented many systems and processes for large organizations.

Balaji has proven competencies in improving organisational productivity through the development and implementation of strategies and systems (ERP system and Control policy system).

Strategic problem solver through smart solutions and executes with urgency across all levels of organization. A continuous learner, Balaji derives strength from his confidence and ability to manage complex situations.

Divya is the Head of Programs at Pairee Learning, and in this role, is responsible for the design, management and success of the various client engagements and programs at Pairee Learning. Prior to Pairee, Divya has worked with various organizations, teams and individuals in the areas of Coaching, Organization Development, Organizational Strategy, NLP based initiatives, L & D and Facilitation for over 14 years now.

Divya combines years of observation, learning, trials, errors, insights and ideas along with her associates’ perspectives and expertise, to help people and organizations make, implement and sustain holistic and progressive decisions, in the learning and organization development space. Divya’s driving force is the thought “Every human is complete by himself/ herself. Our completeness shows up when physical action is aligned with intent and values that come from within.

Monica is responsible for handling programs and program operations at Pairee Learning. She has a keen interest in human-centered design, behavioral science, psychology, and holistic well-being. She’s dedicated 6 years to being a change catalyst engaging with cross-disciplinary stakeholders across sectors and geographies in exploring human-centric and well-being-oriented people experiences.

She taken a deep drive as a community engagement professional having worked with teams- small and big, across the globe. Her curious nature combined with a unique skillset encompassing research, content-instructional design, as well as a community catalysis build on her entrepreneurial spirit and extrovert nature; always keep her on her toes in driving effective change within teams and organizations.

She has had the distinction of driving the growth of a start-up GIC from 0 to 15,000 in 36 months. She is enthusiastic and passionate about leadership development, building HR practices that enables businesses to succeed while ensuring a positive and engaging work culture.

George started his career as a sales trainer and moved into senior management positions. George has been a CEO of a mid-cap publicly traded company, and EVP of two large service companies. He received his doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology from the College of William and Mary, and is Foundation Board President for the Society for Psychologists in Management (SPIM). He is also co-author of the Top Line Talent book/coaching program and the new book, Becoming a Strategic Leader. Laurie Blazek, President and CEO of Top Line Talent, has over twenty-five years of consultative selling and leadership experience as a Managing & Executive Director for several large multinational banks including JP Morgan, Citigroup, and Bank of America. She has held senior positions in a wide variety of sectors including corporate and investment banking, private banking, and financial advising.

Laurie received an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from DePaul University and a BS in Business from Illinois State University. She holds a Certified Financial Planner™ designation. Laurie and Dr. George Watts have traveled globally to deliver leadership development and sales training workshops on the principals contained in Top Line Talent. A frequent writer and speaker on a variety of leadership and sales training topics, she has authored numerous professional articles. She is also co-author of the Top Line Talent book/coaching program and the new book, Becoming a Strategic Leader.
